The Journey of Your Package

The “yiyi handmade” studio is quietly nestled in the Amni Mountains of Kunming, Yunnan. When you place an order, I first carefully prepare your items here in the studio. Afterward, I need to drive 10 kilometers down the mountain to send your parcel to an international transit center in another city. This initial journey takes about 2 days.

Once at the transit center, your package will wait in line to fly across the world. If you are in Europe or the Americas, the flight usually takes about 10 to 15 days. So, from the moment you place your order, the entire journey will take about two weeks before the soap finally reaches your hands.

Because we rely on air freight to get our soaps to you safely, the shipping costs are quite high. I truly hope for your understanding on this. However, if you purchase our multi-bar gift sets, I will gladly cover the shipping fees for you!

A gentle note on cancellations: If you feel two weeks is too long to wait, please consider carefully before placing an order. Once an order is shipped, if it is canceled or returned, the shipping fee cannot be refunded. The international shipping costs are simply too heavy for my small studio to bear alone.
